Steel oil tank install: $4,100- 4,600
Standard oil tank installation. Installation of piping for fill and vent. Proper support installation. Oil line installation. Flexible hose connection to the burner. Removal of the old oil tank.
Please note: An additional $500 will be charged for pouring a pad if the floor is uneven or on a dirt surface.

Roth oil tank: $4,900- 5,400
Install piping, fill-in vent with swing joints, and support hangers. Run a new oil line. Install a tiger loop on the unit with flexible hoses. -Please note: An extra $500 will be charged for pouring a pad if the floor is uneven or on a dirt surface. There will be an additional $550 for each unit that requires a tiger loop.

Mini- Split (1 to 1 Gree unit): $6800- 14,000
Installation of the indoor unit, with a cover guard placed on the exterior of the house. Running drain line, electrical and line sets inside the cover guard. Setting condenser on the ground or attaching to the wall. Running electrical to the panel and install a new 2- pull breaker.
the units range from 12k btu all the way up to 36k btu for one to one units.

Gas furnace: $5,000- 10,000
This pricing is for changing out existing equipment. Replace furnace, reconnect existing PVC venting for 90% furnaces and replace all metal venting for 80% furnaces. Prices may vary if PVC venting is not up to code. Install condensate pumps and drains, reconnect gas piping and electrical retrofit duct work. At the end of installation we do a gas pressure test and combustion test to ensure it is running efficiently.

Full gas furnace installation (Residential): $15,000- 80,000
Installing the gas furnace, laying the gas piping, handling the electrical and breaker setup. Connecting the condensate line and venting it to the exterior of the house. Running the trunk and return line for the registers, and cutting in the floor registers. Installing dampers and takeoffs, followed by running the thermostat line and installing the thermostat. Conducting a complete system startup, testing gas pressure, performing a combustion test, and finally balancing the ductwork.
