American standard
gas furnace
This is a gas furnace that was changed out. The previous furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. We installed all new venting, added a new neutralizing condensate pump, and new condensate lines. We do combustion tests on all our furnaces along with testing that we have proper gas pressures to the unit. We also retrofitted duct work to deliver the proper air flow.

Thermal pride
oil furnace
We changed out a Spirit oil- fired furnace for a Thermal Pride furnace, which applies the same amount of BTUs for three quarters of the size of the unit. They have a longer life- span, and a better warranty. Changing out a oil- fired furnace should only take a day. We did combustion tests, and we also added all the proper safety shut- offs, like roll out switches, fire shut offs, and emergency switches to give our customers piece of mind.

mini splits
We installed mini- split hyper heat units. There are a variety of units that we install from high wall mounted units to low wall mounted along with cassette units that install in the ceiling. we also install central heat pump mini- splits along with the ductwork and registers.

ac install
We install central air conditioning on gas and oil furnaces. We install air handlers with ductwork as well. We make sure that we comply with all manufacturer and state codes.

boiler install
This is a Burnham Alta gas on- demand boiler install. It has four zones for heating and also supplies domestic hot water. It directly exhausts to the exterior of the house. We install it with Taco circulator pumps and a five zone panel. We also install Navien combi boilers.
