Oil- fired furnace cleanings: $275
Cleaning the furnace heat exchanger, replacing the nozzle strainer on the burner, and changing the oil filter in the oil tank. Additionally, removing soot from the smoke pipe and the chimney base. Finally, conduct a combustion test to ensure optimal performance.

Oil- boiler cleaning: $275
Cleaning the boiler heat exchanger, replacing the nozzle strainer on the oil burner, and changing the oil filter on the tank. Additionally, clean the soot from the smoke pipe, and the base of the chimney. Finally, conduct a combustion test to ensure optimal performance.

90% efficient Gas furnaces/ gas boiler service: $250
Clean the heat exchanger, replace the air filter, and replace the condensate neutralizing pellets. Finally, conduct a gas pressure test and a combustion test to verify optimal performance.

Mini split cleaning: $299 (for 1 to 1 units)
$100 extra for each additional head
Disassemble the head, power wash the coil and blower wheel. Clean and wipe down the interior shell, blow out the drain hose, and wash the interior pan. Reassemble the unit and clean the air filters. For the outdoor unit, remove any debris, power wash the coil, clean the electrical compartment, test the unit's operation.

A/C cleaning: $299
Clean the interior unit. Power wash the coil and pan. Blow out and clean the drain line. Change air filters. Do an inspection of the indoor and outdoor unit. Power wash the outdoor coil. Clean up any build up of debris in the unit. Clean out electrical compartment. Finally perform a subcool calculation to ensure the unit is running properly.
